    We talk

    Thirty minutes, on the phone or across a table. I ask about your business, who your customers are, and what you actually want more of. Calls, walk-ins, bookings. There's no pitch in this part.

    You send me your stuff

    Photos, hours, a few paragraphs about what you do. I send an exact checklist, nothing vague. It's the only part that's on you, and it's what decides whether we hit the launch date.

    I build it

    You approve the homepage first. That's one decision instead of twenty. Then I build the rest and send you a private link. Two rounds of revisions are included.

    We go live

    I handle the domain, the hosting, the SSL and the Google setup. Then a walkthrough so you know what you own and how to ask for changes. Takes about half an hour. Your care plan starts the day you launch.
