Pricing

Here are
the prices.

Most web designers make you sit through a call before they'll tell you what anything costs. That's a sales tactic, not a pricing model. Here's all of it: the packages, the monthly plans, the add-ons, and exactly what pushes a number up.

Questions

The ones people
actually ask.

Why is the care plan required?

Because it's what keeps the build price this low. A $500 website nobody updates is worth nothing in eighteen months. Dependencies go stale, the backups don't exist, and the one person who knew how it worked has moved on. The care plan means the site stays fast, stays backed up, and stays current, and that you've got somebody to email. It also means I can charge $500 up front instead of $1,500.

What if I want to leave?

You take everything with you. The domain is yours, the content is yours, the site files are yours. There's a 12-month initial term, then it runs month to month with 30 days notice. No transfer fee, no hostage situation.

What's not included?

Logo design, branding, and photography, all of which go to people who do them better than I would. Copywriting isn't included either, though I send a checklist specific enough that writing it yourself takes an evening.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds. One after the design, one after the build. That's genuinely enough, because the design round happens before anything gets built, so you're approving a direction rather than correcting finished work. Extra rounds run $75 an hour, always quoted before anything starts.

What makes the price go up?

Extra pages, a custom integration, a rush timeline, or anything in the Full Build tier. All of it's listed on this page, and all of it goes into the written proposal before you agree to anything. You won't get an invoice you didn't see coming.

Do I have to pay it all up front?

Nope. Half to start, half on launch day. Care plan billing starts the day the site goes live, not before.
