The situation
Fifty-plus machines on constant rotation, a tournament calendar, and private event bookings to manage. A hand-written machine list would've been wrong inside a week, and people drive across town for one specific game. The site had to know what was actually on the floor.
What I built
- Live Pinball Map API integration, so the lineup syncs from the community database and the site shows what is genuinely plugged in
- Filtering by era and sorting across all fifty machines
- Events system carrying full tournament detail: sign-up time, start time, entry fee
- Instagram feed pulling straight from the floor
- Private event inquiry path for parties and buyouts
- Hours, admission, and location written for someone deciding whether to drive over
The result
More calls, and more private bookings.
