The situation
A mobile, owner-operated repair business serving greater Richmond, talking to two audiences at once. Homeowners with one broken machine, and bars and breweries wanting games placed on location. The competition was word of mouth in a Facebook group, so getting found at all was the whole problem.
What I built
- Six-page site covering Repairs, On Location, Tournaments, Swag, About and Contact
- Numbered service grid running from on-site repair through to machine sales
- Four-step process explainer, so customers know what happens after they click
- Hourly rates published openly. $150 first hour, $200 nights and weekends, parts billed separately
- Scrolling marquee of real fault symptoms, from dead displays to stuck flippers, so a customer sees their exact problem named
- Service-area coverage across Henrico, Chesterfield, Ashland, Midlothian and Glen Allen
- Full local SEO and Google Business Profile setup

More bookings, and higher Google ranking across greater Richmond.
