Process
Five steps.
You do one of them.
The whole thing is set up so the only work on your side is sending photos and hours. Domain, hosting, SSL, Google setup, launch: all mine.

01
We talk
Thirty minutes, on the phone or across a table. I ask about your business, who your customers are, and what you actually want more of. Calls, walk-ins, bookings. There's no pitch in this part.
What you doHalf an hour
What I doA written proposal within two business days
-
02
You get a real number
A written proposal with one recommended package, the monthly care plan, and the timeline. No contact-us-for-a-quote, no discovery-call runaround. You already saw the prices before you got in touch.
What you doA yes or a no
What I doA fixed price in writing, good for 14 days
-
03
You send me your stuff
Photos, hours, a few paragraphs about what you do. I send an exact checklist, nothing vague. It's the only part that's on you, and it's what decides whether we hit the launch date.
What you doContent, within 14 days
What I doA checklist you can knock out in an evening
-
04
I build it
You approve the homepage first. That's one decision instead of twenty. Then I build the rest and send you a private link. Two rounds of revisions are included.
What you doFeedback, twice
What I doThe whole site, built and tested

05
We go live
I handle the domain, the hosting, the SSL and the Google setup. Then a walkthrough so you know what you own and how to ask for changes. Takes about half an hour. Your care plan starts the day you launch.
What you doNothing
What I doLaunch, handoff, and everything after
Timelines
How long it takes.
| Package | Working time | Realistic calendar |
|---|---|---|
| Single Page | About 10 hours | 2 weeks |
| Full Site | About 32 hours | 3 to 4 weeks |
| Full Build | 45 hours and up | 6 to 10 weeks |
The gap between working time and calendar time is almost all back and forth. Send content quickly and these numbers get shorter.
The rules
Three things worth
knowing up front.
Two revision rounds
One after the design, one after the build. That's genuinely enough, because the design round lands before anything gets built, so you're approving a direction rather than correcting finished work. Extra rounds run $75 an hour and are always quoted first.
Consolidated feedback
One document or one email per round, rather than a trickle of texts across nine days. It's faster for both of us, and it stops a handful of small changes turning into a second project.
Change orders in writing
If you want something outside what we agreed, whether that's a new page, a new feature, or a different direction, it gets quoted before any work happens. You'll never get an invoice you didn't see coming.
That is the whole process.
If that sounds like a fit, tell me about your business and a written proposal lands within two business days.
